1739
Our family story begins with the arrival of our ancestors in the heart of Sumadija. For generations, from one to the next, we have passed down a love for viticulture, the secrets of the harvest, and the craft of creating wine that speaks the language of its land.
2023
The family vision takes shape in Lapovo: the estate is brought together and expanded to 12.5 hectares, including 10 hectares of young vines, with a careful selection of Tamjanika, Prokupac, and international varieties today.
2024
The 2024 harvest brings the first labels from our cellar: Tamjanika & Smederevka, Merlot Rosé, and Prkos from Cabernet, with the terroir signature of Lapovo and the Velika Morava.
2026
After the opening of the restaurant and terrace in 2025, in 2026 the winery expands the experience through tastings and themed evenings, bringing together wine, gastronomy, and hospitality in Lapovo every day.

OUR ROOTS

The sun-soaked hills above Lapovo have remembered vineyards since Roman times. As we laid the foundations of our modern winery, the land revealed its secrets to us — artifacts that testify to the ancient wine culture of this region. We are only the newest link in that unbroken chain.

Djordjevic Winery was created from the desire to combine the best traditions of viticulture with a modern approach and top-tier technology. The vision of the founder, Dragan Djordjevic, shaped by experience gained around the world, has been translated into wines that win you over with their character and authenticity.

Our philosophy is clear: minimal intervention for the maximum expression of terroir. We believe that great wines begin in the vineyard, and our mission is to allow nature to reveal all of its richness.
